About Dive Master

Dive Master International is a Sub-Sea and Marine Contractor founded in Beirut – Lebanon in 1996 by Mr. Mustafa Bubtaina & currently operating throughout the Middle Eastern Region.

Dive master international was formerly founded in 1984 in Italy and executed many projects in Europe as dive master Europa s.r.l

Main Objective

Our objective is to continuously strive to provide the highest operational services. To achieve this objective; we are always maintaining an efficient & reliable quality assurance program adopted by all our staff members and practiced in their daily activities, creating sustainable development and ensuring client satisfaction.

Quality Assurance

Our mission is attained by the following terms:

  • Ensuring the safety, health and welfare of all employees and other personnel working on the company’s work site
  • Provide advice and warning to the users of all substances and equipment that may be hazardous to health.
  • Identifying and evaluating site working area to ensure safe working environment
  • Taking all necessary arrangements to ensure the absence of risk to all persons in connection with the handling, storage, transport and use of all articles and substances.
  • Providing necessary instruction and training to employees to ensure their health and safety
  • Providing full insurance coverage for employees working on site.

Company Personnel

Having a staff of multi-nationalities trained in performing the work in all sea environments, we are able to reach our targets. We recruit additional staff, whether local or from abroad, according to the need required for the project at hand.

  • Foremen.
  • Divers.
  • Welders.
  • Riggers.
  • Seamen.
  • Piling operators who are in constant coordination with the administrative staff.
